That's really not a combination that is as macro friendly as, say, shaman.
You could probably macro together Obliterate and Tyranny with the longest duration one first, but it's something you really don't want to spam because of Decays. For single target, you can macro Sanction Heretic, Curse of Discord, Dark Water and Bolt of Judgment together. (Or just drop Dark Water completely.) You don't want to macro in Bolt of Depravity because the cooldown doesn't happen unless it is from Life and Death Concord.
And on the off chance you don't know how to make a macro from scratch, read this.
