Can't comment much on the first since I've never touched Void Knight
The second though I'll offer the following on: I'm a massively huge fan of Impassable Guard (44 point Paladin root) both as a tanking cooldown and as a means of self healing via Tip the Balance and Karmic Resolution. You could take it in this build but you'd have to give up every single point in the Warlord tree to do it which would cost you 10% armor, 5% block, and 6 points of endurance from the improved aspects you've got here (though endurance buffs are ridiculously easy to get from other classes so I wouldn't worry about that one).
I'm not sure if you'd consider it worthwhile to lose the armor and block but you might look into it and see if being able to block everything on command helps you.
I'd probably also recommend moving the 5 points you've got in Entropic Embrace over to Power in the Blood. Since your main soul is Paladin, the vast majority of the damage you're doing is NOT death damage (whereas if you were a Reaver it would be) and therefore these 5 points do very little for you where they are. By putting them into Power in the Blood you can buy yourself a little extra cushion of damage reduction if you get clobbered by something big or your healer sees a pretty butterfly out the window and gets distracted for a minute
