Also, I just acquired Spirit Wolf Totem and can say it's amazing as a Justicar Tank. It's up time on me was well over 50% and I saw it on 4/5 party member simultaneously. I don't know if it's better or worse than Sacred Heirloom of Eth since I have only ever seen that one heal basically Melee but both are still very nice for Cleric Tanks.

Sacred Heirloom of the Eth until the nerf is the best trinket, especially on justicars. After that, I'm not sure how it fairs.

I'll also state that main tanking in Raids as a justicars is quite viable. My guild is 5/9 (4/5 GSB, 1/4 RoS) and our primary tank is a justicar. However from what little I know about Greenscale himself, they are far from the optimal tanks for that encounter.

Alright found this thread on the official Forums and after reading it all it's deff worth taking a look. Still found no answer definitively about whether over Toughness cap if a "crit" happens is it still considered a crit for proc abilities or is it not a crit since it wont increase in damage at all and therefore not proc said ability, like Glory of the Chosen.

For any of you wondering about end game Cleric tanking, he links a picture a few pages deep and as you can see his stats are amazing. 11k+ Armor and HP, 36%+ Block, Parry cap, etc. That said I still keep reading the same thing on every forum thread, that Lord Greenscale himself is rough for Clerics to tank of any gear level due to extreme magic damage.

Regarding Crit and Toughness: It still counts as a crit for Glory of the Chosen to go off, at the very least. I had swapped out some tank gear for DPS gear when trying the Druid/Shaman/Inquisitor spec, but still was 50+ Toughness on normal level 50 mobs. Glory of the Chosen still procced a few times. Make of that what you will.

I admit I was exceedingly doubtful of Cleric tanks, especially against Greenscale. Then my guild got Greenscale to 22% multiple times today with a Cleric tank on our first GS run. Our wipes weren't caused by the tank or main healer (me) but just general aoe damage and people screwing up in the last phase.

It's quite possible for a cleric to tank Greenscale.

Now that Patch 1.2 is live and a few have had the time to check it out, it seems as if SHOE is still (for now) BiS for Cleric Tanks. Mostly this is because we can proc it from single target heals, which they increased the proc of, as well as AOE healing, which they decreased the proc rate of. It's certainly less of an uber lazer-tank-of-doom healing trink but great for Cleric tanks.
