IMO you need to drop 2 from RB first. Ive never had an energy shortage with a beast/champ build. Second, in this case, you need to dump those 2 into Champ and rearrange it a bit to get titans strike and fully talented proper timing.

if you can never run out of power.. you build is clearly better. =P
are you sure you can keep your power high enough to use skills at every GCD?

might depend how you PvE. If you are farming mobs and killing one right after the other, and using abilities every GCD for minutes on end then yes you would run out of power. if you are killing one or 2, then running over to the next, i dont think you will run out of power. Thats how i play and never have an issue.
Besides, if you do have a power shortage maybe you can pull pts out of beastmaster to get the talents that boost power regen. I really think its important to put those 31 in champ minimum.

i see your point..
but i was actualy thinking about a boss fight.. where i will stay in combat and hiting (a single mob -> the boss) for a prolonged time.
what do you think about that?
(i will prolly use your build to lvl and quest =P)

in a boss fight yes you would most likely run out of power occasionally. ive done some boss fights as well and havent had a major problem with it, but it does happen and might cost me a few GCDs.
