So I've got this Tank Build that I've been working on. I was hoping that I could use my LPC as an off tank but it currently (at lvl 16) doesn't have Pounce and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Is that an ability I'll get at ranks of LPC or what? Also any advice on the build would be good.
