Justicar/Shaman combo buildFollow

I tried out the ranger/marksman last night and L-O-V-E-D it! However, a friend is playing a rogue so in order to let us explore some of the dungeons, I was considering creating a cleric. My idea is to use the Justicar & Shaman souls and pick up the additional build as soon as possible. This way, I could primarily use the Shaman soul when leveling solo and use the Justicar soul to tank when my friends and I try out a dungeon. To that end, here's what I've come up with:

I could really use some advice on the talents I picked for either of these builds. One thing I couldn't decide on was whether to go with Brutal Impact or Heed the Call on the druid tree for my dps build. :-/ Any advice? Thanks a million!
