Let us go through the Wiki and enter in some tips for each ability, and playing the class.

For example, if you don't find yourself grouping up a lot with friends, but wander around rifting a lot, turn on the "Cast on Target of Target" for rifts, and turn it off when you're questing.

Until I figure out a macro command for it, you have to do it manually, but it REALLY helps when you're not in groups but want to heal someone who's being focused. Warfronts it helps a bit too, but I found that if I 'carry the flag' in codex, then I can't heal myself until i target myself... ya, it's a little tricky, but it can be done.
