Personally I think its going to be Reaper/Paladin/Void Knight, with reaper getting about 32 points for the taunt and damage absorb abilities. What do you guys think?

I too am leaning towards VK/R/P. I think the Void Knight will be good agro and dps, and the Reaver will be good for agro and longer staying power, and the Pally for the defensive techniques and self healing, which should balance well with the reaver taps.

He means www.riftrolebuilder.com, and it's as up-to-date as anything can be until the NDA is lifted. All data on this site are compiled from public sources (such as gameplay footage where the devs show example skill trees), and it can be used to give you a decent indication of at least the intent for each class they have info on.

I think Warlord and Shaman would seem like a awesome combo.

From what I have heard from a friend of mine, the Cleric soul Justicar is one of the best tanking specs atm. It has alot of defense, and bring alot of utility to the party aswell.
