How do I get my guild and toon recognized on here?

never noticed it before my character had transfered three times and have been able to find the names on them just fine. just for some reason this is a new one. and had this was the first time to see the leader boards for it. I can find Ravenheart of Plutonus and Benjen of Crucia just fine. just right now only can find items I am first by the fact of going through guild search. I have been on Deepwood now for almost a year and just noticing.
