We need your discovery Logs, especially of the new sliver! That info will help us refine our zone-mob-loot relations. Upload it here!

I used to do this before I quit playing last year and forgot to re-enable logging after I reinstalled. Thanks for the reminder, I'll get back into doing this!

Thanks, and tell your friends! Logs let us fill in some of the holes in Trion's data :)

I've been uploading logs for about 7 or 8 months now every chance I get.

Two questions:

First, is there a maximum log size? I've noticed when the logs get over a certain size (5 or 6 megs) I don't get the screen telling me how many of each discovery was uploaded, and when the log gets very large (over 10-12 megs) it will return an error.

Second, have Trion's discovery log files not been added since 1.9? I know some guilds, for instance, cleared Primeval Feast the first day it was available yet the discovery data is not listed as such.

Cheers.

Thanks! It's the #1 thing everyone can do to help the databases. I recommend taking a minute and doing it after (or before) ever session, so the logs don't get too big.

Sorry, missed your post. Our parser had heartburn, we're caught up on Trion's data now. I don't recall about the max log size, for now try using smaller ones :) Upload after every play session and then delete.

That's how I do it, goes really quick with smaller log files. :)

I have it set for somewhere just above or just below 10MB; forget the exact number off-hand, but I think it's 9.98MB or something. Anything bigger hangs up. It'll keep running in the background, but the page itself doesn't load properly saying we got it and whatnot.
