Already working on it. It'll be live as soon as we get all the coordinates for zones down (which is a rather tedious process). So long as someone encountered them, the locs will be in the DB and on the map.

yeah I was seeing that most of the rares have been seen by folks in the world already for most of the zones, cant wait to see how it works on the meta zone achieve pages :)

So i noticed for some reason your database is showing the base item for crafted items, not with the augments. For example:

Those all show up as the same stats, while in game they have different stats. I assume this is a known bug, is a solution being developed?

It's because we use whatever stats Trion provides in the data dumps. This along with problems with Runes is something I believe they are looking into.

It's updated, it's just not showing what you think it should be showing. I will make it make more sense at some point in the future. There's just one of me and a whole lot to do.

UPDATE: I found a separate bug that was causing it to show the wrong thing. ETA on a fix is next week (starting 20110801)

Since consumables like runes now have "Usable on" information and stats information, could we get them separated into a different category and get the search criteria for slots and stats working on them?

K. Runes are searchable in the items database. You can search their stats, but slots are being problematic because they're handled differently in Trion's data. Stay tuned. (thanks to acprog!)

Okay. Weapons are tricky 'cause their search is also driven by Type. So what you do is search for "Rune - Weapon" in type. Scroll down, you'll see them.

So; THIS is where I should have been posting my suggestions/queries?
Taga... seems that Trion don't make the same depth (?) of data available that Blizzard do, so we're kinda stuffed as to what can be shown in the database here.
The data available for Augmented equipment is spurious, as (nearly) all Augmented items (I've seen/looked at) have a tendency to show core item stat's rather that the adjusted ones.
Raiderpb is looking for the same depth of data querying I started my thread about, acprog - Cal. knows which thread, too - but same response as I offered to Taga., above I guess.

And occasionally the data is wonky, making things more fun :) If y'all can give me 3-4 ZAM links to items behaving badly with augments, I can have our devs look into it. It might be the data, it might be something on our end. Give me something I can take to the devs!

How do the discovery listings work? There was a problem with an item and it did not award a shard first so I contacted a GM who had to manually give me the first but it was not shown in-game, its only in Trion's database. Will that not show up on ZAM's listings?

Our discovery info comes right from Trion. Theoretically if they have it in their data, I'd think we'd get it. Leaderboards were updated today.

Discovery and items
At the moment i can see an EU server issue with gear items from raids i've checked. Cleric HK relic legs show only US servers for example, and there is nothing so far on ID loot from Leathys and Maelforge. I know for a fact that SO were the first to get the 2her warrior sword relic while they were on BloodIron and it doesn't even show.

Discoveries in general seem to be broken again, as they haven't been updated on ZAM in over a week now.

And for the record, the issue Alex113 is referring to was caused by an issue on Trion's end where the XMLs straight up were not including information on the European shards. It was recently fixed, so if you could get the discoveries importing from Trion working again, it should be fine.

Getting there. I recently ran into the leaderboards having some weird issues that were taking a while to sort out (the dataset dropped significantly, which set off alarm bells). Whenever Trion data drops again today (usually afternoon/evening Central Time,) it'll start parsing. Should be in place by tomorrow if not sooner.

There's only one discovery listed for this, however there's actually 8 as of the 8/27 XML.

I'm pretty sure the last time the XML importing worked was on the 8/6 XML, and it's never updated since then. All the discoveries on EU shards prior to that missing was Trion's XMLs missing them, which was only fixed on either 8/15 or 8/17. (I'm not sure which, cause I didn't grab the 8/15 XML.)
Here's a few other examples of missing data:
Wicked Wonders artifact set. Piece of it: http://rift.zam.com/en/item/F58A81DB0701010101/Violet-Ceremonial-Candle
Death Denied artifact set. Piece of it: http://rift.zam.com/en/item/94B4ABE70101010101/Offering-to-the-Fallen
Holy Relics from Primeval Feast artifact set. All three items, "A.M.O.P", "S.H.O.E", and "Pages from the Word of Greenscale" are missing as well.
All of these are very much present as of the 8/27 XMLs, yet not on ZAM.
