With all the news/announcements coming out of gamescom, I'm curious, which PC games are you planning to play in the next three months?

None of the new ones. I still have several left over from the Steam Summer Sale. Now that I've beaten The Walking Dead, Alan Wake, Recettear, Thomas Was Alone, Assassin's Creed 2, and Bioshock Infinite, my remaining list includes Fallout: New Vegas and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

Edit: And some older ones. I still have to beat the Dragonborne DLC in Skyrim, Portal 2 (yes, I'm bad and should feel bad; I've put this off for about a year now...), The Witcher 2, and Kingdoms of Amalur. I've actually put about 10 hours into that last one, and I feel like I've barely scratched the surface.

w/e I feel like from my backlog, I just beat dishonored, Thomas was alone, Alice Madness Returns, Sleeping Dogs + Terror at Northpoint DLC, Borderlands 2 (Working on DLC).

Im thinking Assassins Creed Series, Finishing Darksiders (Stuck at some BS turrent section), Alan wake Is on the table too, So is Mass Effect 1-3 and Kingdoms Of Amular(sp?)

I have tons to play just nothing really caught my fancy of late cept some Smite and Dota 2. Due to a mix up with funds I wasnt able to secure a copy of 14 (which makes me sad), really want a hearthstone beta key badly the game looks fun as hell.

Edit: Dont play Xblades the game is terrible. I got 20 mins out of it before I turned it off.

Lately there have just not been any new games that have really interest me. Every once in a while I find an interesting indie game but most newer games just haven't not caught my attention. Last two Final Fantasy games (well 12 and 13) bored me less than half way in. Recently played Resident Evil 6 and found it to be horrible (loved 1 through 5). I didn't like Skyrim despite really enjoying Morrowind and Oblivion. ITs like everything that I enjoy about the older games is left out of the newer ones. Resident Evil 6 feels like LA NOIRE with all the goofy button combos you have to hit to complete a cut scene. Are we reverting to the Dragon Lair age of gaming where we hit a button to advance a movie?

Maybe im just getting old.

Started playing the F2P version of Everquest (I used to play it back when) so I spent the last week kicking around old stomping grounds. I'm sure that won't last too long though.

Nothing much new on the horizon I'm dying to play. Maybe Watchdogs if I find a good pre-order for it. Was tempted by SR4 but never saw a pre-order worth jumping on and everyone seems to say it feels like a SRTT mod so I can wait for it to go under $10 or so. As it is, I'll be going through the backlog for the time being.

Not sure I understand what isn't computing....

Perhaps my brain has melted from playing Shining Force, Sword of Hajya all morning.

"Don't need new games."

[only] "have about 50 in my backlog."

I have Rift, considering picking up Guild Wars 2 (free weekend* so I got to find out that my toaster can handle it), plus Hearthstone in the near future.

Edit: Yeah, I know the story "You don't have to pay a monthly sub for GW2 noob!!1!". This weekend everyone could play, regardless if you had the game or not.

Thanks for clarifying. What that means is I am terrible at finishing games, nevermind that I have been buying these silly bundles for 1-5 dollars each with tons of games in them. The ones I like I don't finish because I never want them to end, the rest, I am just too lazy to finish. Even pokemon white 2 I have all of the pokemon and hundreds of hours on it, but I haven't actually even finished the game (I got them from breeding and trading pokes).

We weren't judging you for how large it was.

We were judging you for how small it was.

Because it makes us feel better about ourselves.

I'll be picking up Empire and Shogun 2 total war in the next little while, finally. What I'm really looking forward to though is Rome 2 total War.

I'm also about to finally get around to playing Fallout 3. I'm a little behind on games right now...

I got a free copy of Mario & Luigi Dream Team, and seeing as how I've almost always enjoyed the Mario RPGs I'll be playing the hell out of that.

I plan on playing through Outlast. Eventually. Someday. I can't play that game for more than twenty minutes at a time because it scares the **** out of me.
