I thought about making the tonics too, and then just buying the toys on the BLTC. In the end, I would rather have a fluffy pet that follows by my side even in the depths of Orr.

Only 4 days left for free transfers, just throwing it out there that if anyone would still like to join Crystal Desert (and trust me...we NEED the people now), that they are welcome! Even if you are attached to your server the Zam guild will still take you in, if for no other reason than to mock you.

Looks like they fixed the Flamethrower Engineer a couple of months too late.

I continue to insist that GW2 is my favorite game while playing WoW. Never thought I'd be such a slave to the trinity, but I miss healing. Also all the people from my guild who were supposed to be playing regularly never materialized and I missed playing with them, so I went back to where they are.

I will still play GW2, because I really do love so much about it. But with no sub, meaning no guilt for not logging in, it'll only be when I'm bored with everything else, I guess.

The more I try alternatives to The Trinityâ„¢ style gameplay, I realize how fundamentally good The Trinityâ„¢ is. While not having a dedicated tank or healer in a game sounds like a wet dream, it only really matters if the game is built up around running dungeons. I'm into my 30's on my Engineer and Necromancer, and I still haven't done anything dungeon related, which makes the game incredibly tedious. Because everyone can heal themselves somehow, the solo content is balanced around it, which means it's either too damn easy, or too damn hard.

I just don't feel particularly epic when I'm playing GW2 compared to WoW or Rift. Really enjoy playing a Flowermancer in Rift. It's like playing an offensive Disco Priest from WoW. Good stuff.
