Last I'd heard, they'd actually disabled digital sales so servers could better distribute. However, if you're willing to go buy a box copy somewhere, it should be doable.

I don't know how many people in the guild really do WvW, so I bought some influence items to pay for the upgrades, so as to avoid postponing other upgrades people want more.

I think Shojin or a few others were sporadically doing WvW, I do but mainly in my other guild when we go as a group.

Well, apparently something borked and my Art of War II upgrade disappeared. It is no longer in the build queue, the influence is still spent, but the upgrade did not complete. I put in a ticket, but am pretty bummed out.
