I just finished. I won't jump on the OMFGTHISGAMESUCKSNOA! bandwagon just yet. I found the ending confusing as hell for sure, but I have played plenty of great games with worse endings. Was a fun ride all in all.

I'm sure I will play through again and I am having tons of fun with multiplayer. I was at 100% GR and 6400 war assets at the end for what it's worth.

Question for people playing multi-player. What's the point of promoting your character?

It will add +75 to your war assets permantly to single player game. It stacks too!

On a side note I am honestly suprised how how much I enjoy the Multiplay in ME3.

Edit: maybe we should start a ME3 multiplayer thread, I'd love to bounce some ideas around with you guys.

I'm working on a Salarian Infiltrator in multi now. Wish I could pop a uber sniper rifle, seems like I see so many people with widow variants and I am using the level IV version of the basic one. :(

BUT! Drain energy is uber, loving drain energy in multi. It's the first thing I maxed.

I took a Sentinal to level 20. Nice survival with the holo armor and cool to have some biotic hybrid tricks. Mostly used a shotgun and pistol with him.

As much as I love my Vanguard in single player sometimes I find them a bit annoying in multi. They love to charge right in front of the mob I am about to head shot and eat my shot in the back while cherry picking my kill lol. Then they invariably bite off more than they can chew... hmm should I rez him or hang back here and pop mobs with my sniper rifle?

I will say I have seen some freakin beast vangaurds though in multi. Kind of makes me want to level one next since that was my single player main.

I'm stuck using a rank 1 raptor(the fast firing multi-shot one). Would kill for a Black Widow.

I haven't gotten any new weapons for my Sentinel's play style. I don't like being in the fray, and I've only gotten shotgun rewards. Kinda annoying.

I have a black widow but my basic sniper IV does more damage and is lighter so my widow is gathering dust in a corner.

Vanguards are so much fun. I was playing an engineer until I tried a Van. Teleporting yourself all over the place while destroying everything in your path never gets old.

I actually would love to try playing a defensive Vanguard (blasphemy, I know). Use your charge ability to keep everything at a distance, and use Snipers and an accurate Assault rifle or SMG.

Edit: more info here

Edit 2: IGN says it's for PC, 360 and PS3 but they're wrong. The official post from Bioware says it's not available for PS3.

Awesome for me, but I expect to see quite a bit of anger from CE customers.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, you can only get one pack which will contain one random weapon to use in multiplayer.

The CE got all of them for the single player campaign.

I think you are forgetting how little the internet needs to go full rage over something. :P Plus, we don't know what the victory pack will contain.

Of course, their rage will be irrelevant, since they are MP-only weapons, but I've long stopped expecting rationality from the internet.

Also, I bet I get the shotgun.

Also, HOLY HELL Phantoms spawn when Cerberus attacks? I have yet to see that happen. They are so frickin' hard for my Sentinel to kill in Single Player. They SHOULD be easy, since I have Warp, but they dodge too well.

I see them all the time. And yeah, they're a pain in the ***.

Landing a headshot on those things when they're constantly flipping around and being a general hard to kill cockroach is pretty annoying.

Ya know, I mentioned the same thing to my coworker and he said the Mantis hits just as hard as the Black Widow for less weight. Maybe I just think it will be great because I have never had one. I did buy the Wraith (Upgraded Spectre Eviscerator -22) in game and loved it. But I just gave the regular Widow to Garrus without thinking too much about it.

Also I need a barrel mod I think.

What about the rest of their stats? Capacity and Accuracy being the important ones.

Same capacity and accuracy but the widow can fire 3 shots, the other just 1.

I did a test run with the widow and I think it might be better overall. When you one-shot almost everything, you don't really notice the damage difference but 3 shots before reloading is quite nice when you need more than 1 shot to finish it. Also I think the widow can fire through enemies and light cover but I didn't witness it myself.

3 shots would be more than sufficient to make it the better rifle, imo.

Yeah, I still want it but I appreciate my modest Mantis more now which is nice. Energy Drain to stun then headshot is pretty great.

So you multiplayer peeps get your Silver Reapers clear in yet? I think I cleared it about 3-4 times so hopefully one of those sticks for my bonus pack. I've also been putting in some good work on Brutes at the bronze level.

Got me a level 19 Soldier, Sentinal, and Infiltrator so far. Love my Krogan Soldier, him smash.

Just unlocked Asari Adept from a spectre pack. Gonna go Carnifax + Stasis bubble and pop some heads now. Smiley: sly

I just now cleared silver Reapers. I'm a 16 Human Sentinel, so I was packing on some levels first.

But holy hell--Multiple Brutes plus multiple banshees plus multiple ravagers plus cannibals/husks/marauders is pure sadism on BioWare's part. Though I also gained incredible respect for one Quarian who just beasted their way through that match. Banshee had 1-hit me and another player, and they pretty much carried the other player through a multi-banshee scenario. It was crazy to watch.

NICE! Grats bud. I agree Silver and above is no joke, it gets crazy. I've wiped much more than I have won on silver. I tried gold Reapers once just for kicks. By Wave 2 you got Banshees and Brutes. Wave 3 was just fuggetaboutit. Ravagers cross firing your posistion while Banshee's and Brutes overrun you in a swarm.

I started my second play through of the single player campaign now as well. Going Femshep this time. *Looks at Traynor. How you doin?

That scene was super awkward for me, because it essentially happens right before the first real opportunity to reaffirm your relationship with Kaidan. And it's right after he lets it slip that he still loves Shepard, who subsequently checks out his *** quite obviously.

Making my Shepard play dumb in that scene was so weird. Like, seriously, I had THOUGHT I avoided all flirting options with Traynor, and suddenly she's in my shower, having left the door open...
