I'm still waiting patiently for a sale on Bioware Points so I can get the goddamn ME3 (and select DA2) DLC packs on sale... I actually liked the second game (though I definitely understand why many people hated it, particularly as a sequel to DAO.

But I don't particularly want to shell out $10 for the two DLC packs, which I've heard good things about. I will, eventually, if they never go on sale (meaning: DA3's release is imminent and I want them).

For ME3, I'm more open to buying them. Particularly the Citadel DLC, but I'm not going to bother until I've replayed through ME1 and 2 first.

But all together, that adds up to the price of a new release console game. And that's... just not cool.

[EDIT]

Oh, acceptable alternative: add the @#$%ing DLC to the Origin store so I don't need to @#$%ing buy BioWare Points for them because this isn't @#$%ing 2003.

Usually Amazon is pretty good about suggesting things for me to buy. But today I went on the site to see if anything new was on the Download deals, and it had in it's list "Fast and Furious 1-5 Blue Ray pack". I clicked "Why recommended?" And it said:

Because you purchased...
Ni No Kuni
Tales of Xillia

Do other Namco Bandai game fans actually enjoy the Fast and Furious movies? Just judging by the people I know personally, those two categories don't overlap much...

If somebody would like to gift me this for my birthday, I wouldn't mind. Smiley: wink

They have a lot of young-ish asian fans who like those games and fast sporty cars, iirc.

Not yet. Wouldn't be surprised if it gets there over the summer since including it in BSI pre-orders probably devalued it a bit.

Actually, I'll probably play it before I get around to Tomb Raider or Bioshock.

I shame my avatar by doing this; but if you're still on the fence about getting Blood Dragon and have a PS3, the demo is now available. I'm not sure why Steam doesn't have a demo up right now, but it will probably be available later this week.

FYI for anyone waiting on an AMD FC3:BD key -- if you haven't seen yours yet, check your spam folder. Mine went there last night. Wasn't expecting it since my TR and BSI keys went right into my regular mail but something about this one tripped off the GMail spam system. If I hadn't been actively waiting and looking for it, I never would have seen it.

I just got mine a couple hours ago. I'm more than a little annoyed that it goes through Uplay. A Steam code would have been much easier. I love Ubisoft's games, but their insistence on using Uplay is starting to get old.

Could Be worse, I mean least they will allow their games on Steam unlike Origin.

The only reason we got the free code is because Ubisoft decided to hand them out free of charge. It wasn't due to AMD asking for the codes or anything like that, so it makes sense that Ubisoft would want it to go through there own service instead of a competitors.
