I don't even know how I'd use 6.5GB of data on my phone aside from streaming video while on a trip or something. I'm on wifi at work and at home, so any data usage is from using Google Maps for navigation or from using Spotify while at the track.

Does she have wifi at home?

Funny story was brought to mind while I was reading that thread, the charge as a utility discussion. Me and My wife pay for her moms phone, we have Sprint. Well things happened and my wife wanted to switch to another provider. After checking our data usage, minute usage and otherthings to compare packages from other companies we found out we can't switch.

Me and the Wife live in WI and her mom lives in Seattle, but anyway. Data usage for 10 days into the billing cycle. Me and the Wife about 512MB to about 1 gig maybe. Her mom was at 6.5GB of data already. AT&T, Verison, and Tmobile reps almost LAUGHED at us when we asked about unlimited Data, most of them only had 10gig maxes on their phones and that was a $100 upcharge. We can't figure out what she's doing with her phone, were guessing shes not using a PC/Laptop at all and just doing everything from her phone. But dear lord if we hadn't had unlimited data with our package I fear what our monthly bill would look like.

After our contract is up were thinking of just using prepaid. Right now for 1500 Mins (which we use maybe 250 of) with Free Mobile to Mobile, Nights and weekends, Unlimited Text/Data on 3 phones we pay something around $220 a month, which even with all my complaining they say they can't lower that even when I told them that I could get the prepaid ones with Unlimited everything for 45 bucks a month.

You may want to go talk to a T-Mobile rep again, and if they laugh you have my permission to slap them.

Using it as a wireless hotspot or tethering? Seems unlikely for BeanX's mother-in-law but it'd be one way to eat up your data plan in a hurry.

Netflix or Hulu+ would do it.

I'm assuming she bought a lot of games during the Steam winter sale and used her phone to tether to her laptop and download them all.

Sale at Origin Store:
Secret World - $10
Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Ed. - $10
Game of Thrones - $10
Battlefield 3 - $12
Batman: AC GOTY - $10
Bad Company 2 - $6.99
Risen 2 - $10

Bunch of sports and racing stuff and more. Many of the deals aren't great either in percentage ($15 game for $10) or they've been cheaper elsewhere (KoA base for $10 vs the whole pack w/ DLC for $7.50 recently on Amazon) but there's some decent stuff in there.

We hate Tmobile we used to have them but that was prepaid again. At the time we were looking for contract phones so we could get some nice phones for cheaper(Was shooting for Galaxy S3). Prepaid phones are more expensive upfront with less selection usually, and when buying 2-3 phones it adds up stupid quickly.

I actually have no clue, I never talk to her cause well she scares me. Me and my wife have been together 9 years (only married a few) and she really doesn't approve of me at all.

Well she doesnt have tethering on her plan as it would be a 20 dollar upcharge and we wouldnt pay that. Im gussing its what Shaowstrike thinks Hulu+ or Netflix streaming to the phone, or podcasts of a local pastor we all like.

On plan or pre-paid, cause looking through the site for 20gig on a family plan its 200 dollar upcharge and 30 per phone/

FYI guys, I'm currently unsure how much longer we'll have THQ products up on the site.

If you're interested in a game we have on sale from them, I'd grab it, once I get the phone call to pull stuff down it will be down until all the ownership transfers happen.

Lastly, I don't have any information other that what has been posted publicly. This includes what is happening with Darksiders. I'm personally buying a couple of these packs and sending them to friends I know who like THQ stuff lol. I'm interested to see how much Darksiders and Darksiders II keys start going for on trading forums in like 6 months if no one buys Vigil.

Edit: Also, I think it is going to take us a VERY LONG TIME to get new keys when we run out of stuff. Again, no confirmation on this but I don't even know who to ask now lol.

According to Distressed Debt Investing, SEGA paid $26 million for Relic, Ubisoft paid $3.2 million for South Park and $2.5 million for THQ Montreal, Koch Media paid $5.8 million for Metro and $22.3 million for Volition, Take-Two paid $11 million for Evolve and Crytek paid $500,000 for Homefront. No bids were placed for Vigil.

lololololol....

On another note I have a Duke Nukem Forever Code and Darkness 2 code Im looking to trade for anything, or worst case scenario give away. I know neither are "great" games but yeah. I really wish you could add a game to steam via code as a gift.

Btw if anyone has a Dungeon Defenders with DLC code from the Humble Bundle, Ive been looking for one for my wife to play with me.

Steam has all the Square Enix catalog of games on sale this weekend, I think it's 50% off of everything (haven't checked every item). And looks like there will be dailies, like right now Tomb Raider for 75% off.

I wish SE sold their RPGs on the PC platform. I'm not really a fan of their Steam catalog.

Darkness II is a fun game. It's short but it was an entertaining corridor-style shooter.

Also I preordered DmC for PC and GMG/Valve gave out the wrong keys so I cant play (Unless the game is 74mb) the keys work and I was able to "preload" yesterday and the game is on my games List but it will only download 74mb because its showing up as "ValveTestApp220440 Retail" In my account -.- Seems all retail keys are bugged.

Edit: Took em til 4 am (they released it at 11 pm CST) to fix it but eh w/e.
