There's likely not many here at Zam that are hugely craving a Dota 2 key. You guys can always give some away or trade at /r/ShareDota2

Should be pretty self-explanatory.

They changed the 5 games today, so check it out again!

I picked up "Mad Father" in the last bundle, it looked interesting and it is DARK... I am in love with it.

I started Borderlands 1 again for ***** and giggles on my PS3. I forgot how much I hated Mad Mel. I ended up having to cheese the kill. I have no idea how you're supposed to do that fight with a controller. Of course, I never was any good at vehicle combat in general.

Spawn him then die, crouch on the ramp and pick off at your leisure.

That's how I killed him the first time; sniped from the ramp. The second playthrough I was ridiculously overleveled so I just stood there outside my car and shot the crap out of him with an elemental corrosive revolver.

I suck at vehicle combat as well which is making Knoxx a real hoot. That and them being level 52 while I'm level 50 Smiley: laugh

IIRC there is a 'lock onto target' button for when in a vehicle. X maybe on ps3.

Been awhile since I played but on the PC, "vehicle target lock" should be the spacebar.

Only problem there is that sometimes you really need to lead with your shots. Using the auto-lock with rockets just means you spend a lot of time watching your rockets blow up behind the enemy vehicle.

In other news:

Some of us use our camera phones to take photos and edit them on the fly. Some others prefer to use a real camera and edit them professionally, using a photography software on their computers. Whoever you are, there is a solution out there for you, but this special giveaway I'm running today is specifically for PC users -- a free copy of Cyberlink PhotoDirector 3. What does it do? Well, good question - as the software title states, it puts you in the director chair and helps you manage your photos, edit, enhance and so much more.

Rated 4.5 stars by CNET, Cyberlink PhotoDirector 3 is an easy-to-use photography software for beginners and intermediate users alike. From the moment you import your photos - whether that be via your camera phone or an SD card, you can easily transform your photos into professional-looking photos in just a few clicks. Do you have facial blemishes you want to cover up? This software can do that for you and make those imperfections disappear - just like how they do it for celebrities in magazines.

The [link=http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/************************************* Paradox Pack[/link] (the big one) is live but sold out. Amazon is getting more keys from Paradox but unsure of the time frame. So they are extending the Editor's Choice coupon for that item only through Feb 2nd.

I spawned him and then died, and then kept spawning new vehicles and juuuuuuust peeking them over the edge to get some hits in. Run away before it blows up and get a new one.

Well, the coupons were for the month of January. Trying to stretch out the one pack was just a courtesy since they ran out of keys within a few hours. Also, I get paid on Tuesdays Smiley: wink2

Was there a specific game you were after?

In other news, Steam apparently "administratively closed" a handful of groups dedicated to discussing sales, trading games, etc. Not for any actual issue, just... 'cause.

I assume they were groups like this thread, that discussed sales and the like from all sources, not just Steam... so it was competition?

Indeed. Although I'd question a blanket excuse of "it was competition" (although obviously that was it). Valve allows for retail and extra-Steam.com versions of games on its platform so it seems a bit finicky to say games using the Steam platform may not be discussed unless they're being bought on the Steam site.

Yeah Not a specific game but Warlock + expansions and the Paradox Majesty Franchise pack had the games i would be most likely to play. I know I still have a shot at the big pack but it doesnt have Defenders of Ardonia or the majesty packs which Look more my speed. Also I wouldnt be interested in so much of the Crusader Kings as the big pack has. I was going to buy it on Weds and Its kinda my own sense of paranoia (Like if i spend 5 bucks and my car blows up the next day I would be 5 bucks short to fix it) I mean it was only 5 bucks but yeah lol.

Looking through my emails I actually wasted 2 5 dollar off cause I was waiting for certain games to get lower (FC3 for 24.99 after coupon) Its my own fault lol, no big deal Its not like I have enough time to play more games anyway !

I get constant emails from PSN reminding me that I need to spend the 20some cents in my PSN Wallet. You'd think they'd be a bit small and ignore the automated spam mail if your Wallet was under a threshold...

I wonder how the whole Steam on PS3 thing works.
