$25 for Fable III? That's pathetic.

$5 for Dead Space 2 is a good deal.

Skyrim failure.

Fable 3 was really average. It was kind of fun but pretty cheesy in a Disney movie kind of way. I still played it twice when I picked up from the summer sale but that was during a slow spot in new RPG releases compared to the holiday glut.

I bet they can't get M$ to lower the price more becuase they still hope to sell it over the holidays. I saw a commercial on TV about getting two free games with an Xbox and one of the games they showed in the commercial was fable 3.

I saw Fable III in the discount bin at Walmart. It was ten bucks and there were more of them in there than any other game I saw.

Finally started playing Dead Island, it's pretty much Borderlands with more meleeing than guns. The zombies are numerous and belligerent as they should be, and the enemy AI is pretty decent, can't say the same for the NPC AI. I had a NPC I was escorting stop to let me kill the approaching horde, then run right into the Molotov firewall I had put down to keep any extras from joining in.

The weapons are well balanced, and the repair/mod system works well with the game. I managed to find one of the developer's hidden mods which gives you a BioShock/inFamous style electrocute-shockwave attack. It's good for knocking over large mobs of zombies to give you time to get away, but at the cost of all your stamina (which is needed for fighting and running).

Other than that it's a good deal for $20 and lower, so you should definitely get it the next time it's on sale.
