I am returning to the game! I was able to recover my account from back in 2005/6 time frame....after a lot of harping and a lot of work....especially thanks to SOE for doing it without my email!
Anyways, I remember my characters being on proudpine outpost, im hoping that server is still active, if not I would try to move them....if possible or start noobs....I dont have my discs back yet and had to buy a new copy.....so I know I have a level 40 something bard on there, but thats all I remember....anyone on proudpine who has a guild who wouldnt mind helping me get back into the game....i would appreciate the help. Thanks.

You'll have to start new ones. Only active server I'm told is CLW. Sadly it's what keeps me from coming back cause my mains were on PPO.

You don't know if they allow server transfers? For a fee? I mean I don't mind starting new ones but it would just be nice to have some of my old characters there.....and as far as you know is CLW active enough to start a newb?

soe doesn't do server transfers for eqoa so whatever server you made them on is the server they are going to stay on. as for what servers are active, i've been back on eqoa for 2 weeks now and the only active server is clw

Secondly, Hodstock also is alive with people- okay I have to admit that there is only one guild that I know of that's still up and going but other than that, yes CLW is the only other really populated server.

Yes we are active on hodstock with One main guild that pretty much is the server. Although you will not see us unless going to fp or where ever to grab boon,bank, whatever. We can do anything that CLW can.

I'm so happy we got people still on Hodstock that know the game and also are nice.
Anyhow if you decide to come to Hodstock find people that are in the guild Hodstockers- that's the one guild with all the servers active people.

I just started to play the game...I've played EQ1 for 7 year and eq2 for 6 years so I though I would try out EQoA...if I come to this sever can I get invited to the guild and show me what to do
