Today's sales:

Torchlight - $3
Dragon Age II - $36
Dragon Age Origins - $10
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood - $20

Etc, etc. Modern Warfare 2 is also $20, but I'm assuming anyone who was interested in that picked up a long time ago.

Two Worlds 2 was decent fun. Not spectacular by any means but some pretty graphics in the detail they put into armor and some of the asian style cities later on. Over arching main story is not that great but a few sub chapters of the story along the way are interesting.

Combat was fun but requires you to stick to one of the styles mixing say archery and melee makes you a gimp. Magic sucks until about level 10-12. Then it starts to be rockin. I played melee the first play through and that also gets crazy strong. Never tried archery. The GUI kinda sucks but you can get over it.

Picked up DA:Ultimate for the $10. Having only done MMORPGs for the past buncha years, this sale is a nice chance to pick up on "classic" games I've missed. I'll be kept busy for a good while at this point.

I already have them all, but you can apparently get All three Assassin's Creed games for a grand total of 27 dollars, which is one hell of a deal.

I just wanted to repost today's sales pic, because I love the "How the **** am I supposed to compete with that?" expression on the yellow guy's face.

Singularity is a must buy as well, if you don't already own the console version.

Say goodbye to the next six months of your life. NV is stupidly huge.

I don't know if I'd call Singularity a "must buy", but it was definitely pretty fun. Has anyone tried out Alpha Protocol? I'm interested in it, but actual details about gameplay seem scarce.

Mediocre gameplay, there is an achievement for convincing the psychopathic blond chick into raeping you, and there isn't going to be a sequel. That should cover everything.

After all the games I picked up this weekend what did I play the most after I finished Infamous? Plants vs Zombies. Smiley: lol

I don't normally play many cutesy flash games but man is it fun.

I already had King Arthur but I did pick up the druid DLC. I played the crap out of that game. Really fun. There are ways to totally fubar the campaign though and get overwhelmed by attacking armies.

But if you go Celtic side and pick up the teleporting Sidhe units and attach them to knights with lightning bolts it's so epic. There are a lot of cool units on both sides. Crap now I want to fire it up again heh.

As a brief update, Bioshock is well worth the $5 I paid for it but I have one gripe. The recorded "diaries" (and updates from Atlas, et al) are really quiet and I have to crank up the sound to hear them. The option to adjust the "voices" only seems to affect the plasmid-zombie-thingies and not the diaries. I don't really need more help hearing some woman scream in my face as she attempts to brain me with a pipe but hearing the plot bits without turning up the volume each time would be nice. Especially when said Slicer decides to wait until I'm trying to listen to a recording of a mechanic ******** about frozen pipes before she rushes screaming "WHY WON'T YOU LEAVE ME ALONE?!!?!?" with my volume turned way up.
