problems with spending pointsFollow

hi guys when i spent my hard earned points on deed enhancements i.e double points for 45 mins i find that i only got about 5 mins in and the bonus stopped working any ideas?? and i cant find the ticket system to talk with tech help any ideas im just back after 2 yrs in the wilderness LOL
