wondering about a couple itemsFollow

Since I don't have an active account and can't find out in game, I was wondering if anyone could help get some info on a couple of items.

First item is a sword that looks like the warrior 60 epic 2 hnd sword, but its a secondary single hand. Looking for nam and stats..

Second item is a tunic or something that turns a barbarians chest tattoo red. I only saw it one time on a guy running around freeport and when I asked him he just ignored me and ran away. If anyone knows the name, stats and where it can be obtained.

Yeah, there is a green one I forget the name of, there is also the sheen blue tunic which obviously turns them blue. But I know I saw someone with red tattoos in game. I only saw it one time and he wouldn't tell me what it was. I forget what server for sure but I think it was clw. If not then it was ppo because those are the only two servers I put any time into.
