Cold outside. Mowed the lawn. Thought my cat was going to kill and eat another cat (awesome).

Gotta love the overtime pay, especially for the relatively meh holiday of Thanksgiving. Today it's all about forums for me. Ran my standard 4 miles this morning too. Booya.

You guys have some killer ads here. I keep seeing this Quiznos coupon over and over.

Now I really want Quiznos.

Lucky, I keep on getting ads for Zero Punctuation… Wait… No, that’s just Kattar’s avatar. :p

I’m not going to have much fun this Turkey Day… Just like the last few years, it’s just my parent’s changing their minds on what it is we’re doing every five minutes, only to end up going to more than one dinner… I swear, I work so hard to stay at a constant weight, and maybe work a bit to lose some pounds, only two gain ten pounds in one day… Ugh…

Thanksgiving is the day that you're allowed to get fat with no regret, just like Halloween is the night you get to give yourself cavities and not feel bad about it.

So busy right now. I have at least 6-7 deadlines to meet, ah well more money for me to buy stuff I guess. I'm spending thanksgiving in the UK this year, my girlfriend will cook up a feast. :)

I always love winter. There's a certain magic about it.

There's a good chance that I was conceived on Halloween, along with no fewer than 4 of my close friends (mostly on different years, though) so I'm guessing it's not just popular for sweets. Not really sure why... the UK does not get excited about Halloween on the same scale as the US, and 30 odd years ago the parties weren't all that good so you can hardly blame it on scanty costumes and too much beer. Maybe it was all the kids visiting asking for goodies triggering ovary responses in out collective mothers. The "Awww, I want one" effect in full force, or somesuch.

Other theories welcome.

This is by far and above the most off-topic post I've ever made.

I've been wondering when I was conceived myself... I mean my brother always makes the "You were an accident" joke a lot, but I've honestly have started to consider that my conception was in fact an accident... Doesn't really help that my dad always says, "We got you in a trade; we gave up one of our best chickens for you," or "You're not actually my son, you're the milk man's kid!" Of course he's joking when he says that... Yeah... He jokes...

:(

What helmet and gloves did you get Kattar... Snow gear?

Had a terrible neck ache from seemingly nowhere which led to awful headaches and little to no sleep for four days in a row. Took some meds and it seems to be going away now, though. Turning 22 soon, maybe I'm just getting old QQ. I also found a badass Wacom intuos3 6x11 (~$400 tablet) for $150 bucks, was all ready to get it and the seller was asking how I wanted to proceed then he stopped responding. Prompted him and found out he sold it to someone else today QQQQ. This week is just not going my way! Life sucks then it gets worse, right? Haha.

Enough QQ! How was everyone's day?

Edit: Also, it's cold as balls.

We had half a metric buttload of snow on the ground yesterday and we got another 20cm during the night. Even though it's causing delays on my commute to work, it's hard no to love it.

We had snow last week. It kept me from my daily ZAM visits because so many people were working from home that we had to be sparing with bandwidth D: It's mostly gone now though :) Snow may be pretty, but when you have to wade three miles through it a day it loses some of the appeal.
