Hello, I am Andlat, and I am a Norn and Necromancer nutcase, been playing GW for 4 and a half years, and I have been waiting with excitement for GW2 ever since it was anounced ^ ^.

Hello,
I am al capowned. I played the original Guild Wars beginning during beta weekends through the release of Factions. But have followed the development of both Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 since inception. I am currently a Mod at GuildWars2Guru.com and have worked with Inde Kattar and JR pretty extensively over the last year. I was brought on as a site developer for the GW2G before the acquisition by Curse. I am thoroughly excited about GuildFans.com and of course GW2. Many of you may know me as "the mean mod" but many people here can attest to this not being the truth...ok maybe only a few ;p
I look forward to interacting with all of you and am excited about this new community!

I'm Malchior Devenholm from GuildWars2Guru. I serve along with Dutch Sunshine and several others in the production of the community magazine, GuildMag. My position there is head-editor and podcaster. Anyway, it's nice to see a new portal starting up, especially one with some of my favorite admins :)
Played Guild Wars for 5 years, both PvE and PvP. Looking forward to every aspect of Guild Wars 2.

My husband and I have been gaming since before we met. We've been playing GW for 5 years, and been impatiently waiting for GW2 since they first mentioned it. I’m not a PvPer, and in most games tended to leave any zones that were highly populated as to stay away from any types of conflict. So even though I’m really looking forward to GW2 I am going to have to really force myself to not be such a loner. I tend to go for the rogue class in almost every game… except for GW, I didn’t like their version at all. I’m hoping they change the class up a bit if they decide to implement it. I played pretty much every class in GW and the Assassin and Paragon were the two classes I just could not get into. So yeah, defiantly crossing my fingers that I’ll be able to play my favorite class in GW2.

Hello! I'm elixabeth (Elisabeth). I've been following GW2 since its first hints in '07, but only very stringently in this calendar year. I started playing GW just before the release of Nightfall. My strongest interests in the pre-release era will be the mechanics behind the second warrior profession and what they tell us about crafting; my strongest interest after release will be how PvP shapes itself. :D

Hello~ I'm Wesley. I was drawn here via the GW2 twitter with the contest information. I'm really excited to see how it turns out, good luck to all of you who entered or are planning on entering!
I'm really looking forward to Guild Wars 2 and like the rest of you have been starved for information lately. Really hoping we get some great news in January. It's Overlord from GW2 Guru. I thought I'd check out these forums too :) Good to see you're still keeping up to date on the game!
As for introductions, I started as pen-and-paper RPG-er and I've been trying to find a MMO that doesn't annoy the heck out of me. Haven't found one yet in spite of trying many.
I'm looking forward to GW2 and the new evolution of MMOs that it will hopefully bring to the entire genre.
I guess I can't link my GW2 webcomic over here or can I?
