My old neighbor painted this, then threw it out and I told him it was gorgeous and I must have it.

You guys should come by the monthly kin summit some time and say hey. Attendance varies but sometimes we get as many as 30 kin leaders to come out and talk about growing the community.
Next one's May 27 at 8:30PM eastern, Bree Festival grounds. All that's asked is you come with 2 or less people to keep the lag low and the number of people trying to talk to a managable level.

... as the meneldor server doesnt seem to exist i guess that means you guys are not on the euro servers. or are you, is there a Tinfs kinship on any of the euro servers preferabley one of the english speaking ones ?

Nope we are on the US servers. There are other members of Allakhazam that play on the EU servers but I've never heard mention of a EU kinship.

I know Nobby plays on the US client and he's in the UK >.>; (Atleast I think he does, he has sekret powerz)
I'm fairly sure that Nobby either had the boxed game mailed to him or else someone gave him a North American account key.

It's now easy to play on the US Servers from the UK.
Originally I was in Beta and DF bought a US version and gave me the Key over the phone. That was the only way.
Now, simply:
1. Download free 2 week trial from the US Lotro.com site

DBS Actually has 3 from the EU. Two from the UK one from Germany. All had the box copies shipped to them.
The only trouble I can see with the above mentioned solution is if you don't have a credit card Turbine will recognize ( IE a UK or EU specific card and not Visa or Mastercard). None of the EU players in our kin have had trouble using EU based Visa or MC for payment.

PvE Characters = Tacet the Minstrel, and Elleen the Warden. Mostly, I'm playing creepside though with a spider Toxeen or a warg Shadeen, or my newest Orc-luv Swampgurl, anything with the surname Twinkletoes is me.
Catt, the Warden is a really fun class. The 'ambush' skill is just plain fun to execute and watch - specially as a hobbit.

I did an inactive player dump at about the 6 month line and haven't done one since. With kin max character limits at about 1,400 and the people with lifetime accounts, I don't see a reason to do one again.
