i beleive you can only wear boots and a belt with jedi robes, although i maybe wrong.
and i dont know about the dark jedi robes, i was under the impression that they were both the same, but i may also be worng about that.

You cannot wear cloaks over jedi robes. jedi robes other than the padawan robe (dark and light jedi) were obtained by the force ranking system which is currently not in-game anymore. The devs claim it's coming back but won't say much else about it. At the moment jedi can't even get the knight title because the knight trials are down as well. Jedi can wear gloves, hats and belts (boots are part of robe).
