On Tarquinas Server...I am master Artisan and can't sem to locate a single source ot high OQ steel on ANY planet...looking for 800+ OQ and 600+ UT...willing to pay for wp to 60% location or more...email jalawaran or Cheezie with any info...wp or just a bit of help...can't seem to get any of the good stuff to show on my survey device :( any idea why? jst the same 3 steel resources on each planet
Sometimes what you want doesn't spawn, you just have to wait for the next spawn and hope.
Try looking on vendors, people often stockpile and then sell it much later. It'll probably be expensive though.

They list the current resources spawning by galaxy and planet. You have to find it yourself though.
