CM-Hodstock- problemFollow

I know for a fact that Hodstick does not have all the CM listed.
I know this because it doesnt have Tactician.. I would like a list of all the Cms it doesnt have and what they do :P. Please?
Tactician 1 -5 Str +10 Int
Tactician 2 -15/10 Str (not sure) +35 or something int I m not sure cause I cant log on and find out.. even a genralized thing like what i did above would be nice.. Its Tank Archetype and lvl 20 and 30 I believe.

Again :I would like a list of all the Cms it doesnt have and what they do :P. Please?

I figured Id add this here since the place I put it orignally must have been past up. Either that or I did really good and no one thinks it needs changing.. Which of course is completely impossiblez! m working on a Dwarf, Paly

I understand that there are paly guides out there that could
answer my question but by asking you I get several advantages, such as: More in depth- Above the entire Wisdom resists deal..
Not as bias towards one build type- since there are multiple people. Its very late and going and checking out 10 guides to get a grasp of everthing REALLY isnt appealing to me.
