i think they have been bugged ever since they were introduced. :(

Yeah, i've gotten two of them so far, and completed them all, and should have them all, but some are bug'd, and no badge recieved.
They are newbie quest, starts with an NPC just outside the Mos Eisley Cantina, just follow the Newbies, they get waypoints to him.
