I just got back on and where I use to be able to use a flamethrower now I cant. I have a proton flame thrower and I cant use it Im commando 4040. Why?
And on the weapon specs. what are DPS's

Weapons are now by combat lvl, check your combat lvl, and find a weapon of your lvl.
DPS is the average amount of damage you will do per second. it is relative to the weapons damage and speed along with your skill mods form gaining levels.
