Not sure about the Jedi Starfighter quest but I think the deed is given by Darth Vader.
The likeness of General Grievous appears in the game as the N-K Necrosis in Myyydril Caverns on Kasshyyyk.

Go to the Nightsister... umm... whatever its called its a POI on Dathomir... look on the ground for "Bones" and loot them.
