Does Anyone Still Actually Play This Game?Follow

From my one day back, yeh its still kicking. Though its mostly populated by a younger crowd compared to games like ffxi or eq2 with a much older audience.

But thats also just because it's on PS2 and very easy.
I'm diggen it so far, its not painfully easy like WoW or anything, and not repetative mobs like ffxi.

Yay for not have to fight crabs and flys for 50 levels!

haha FFXI is the most repetative game. every mob is the fuckin same. Rabbits, crabs, bugs, etc. At least in this game you have diversity.

Yes, A lot of people still play this game! Although it may not have population numbers like FFXI, it's still going strong!

I do apologize if my initial tone sounded condescending because I did not mean it to. I didn't leave eqoa because I felt it was inferior to ffxi, just that I'd done everything the game had and I wasn't really into the new content. Plus there was some serious guild fracturing issues and sides being taken that really soured me overall. At the time I left it felt as though it was declining which led me to ask the question.

I was Tavarde and Qualong on Diren Hold server, 60 shadowknight slayer and 60 mage geomancer respectively. I also, near the end of my tenure, dual-boxed two gnome necromancers, Pintsize and Quart, got them to like 27 or something, a lot of overnight AFK in safe places :) Anyway I would again like to reiterate my apologies on the misconception, I was devoted to your game for 1.75 years and it was some of the best times I had. I just found a new form of e-crack, not a better one.

Yea, I know, just goes to show the level of boredom I had reached. I really wanted two gnome necros for some reason, seemed neat. But I legitimately leveled up my two mains, even the mage as I started it a long time before the creation of the Elephant Graveyard uber petting camps.

I wonder how uber some of those camps will be tommorrow. Now they are changing how much damage a a 60+ mob does. I guess tanks wanted more traditional grouping grounds.

honestly, i dont see how you can claim numbers are as high as they use to be. i remember back in the old days, say a lil over 2 years ago, neriak, dm, hp, fp, and hazinak (idk why) were all DENSELY populated. MUCH MUCH MORE then FP, or BW is today.and if it were they wouldnt of raised the rate. unless something big is done, the end is near... 1.5-3years imo. i love this game, but gd soe... go to hell! (soe)

P.S. I'm talkin MF.
P.S.S. Don't get me wrong, I love this game, but SOE sucks and needs to fix a lot of wrongs.
