yes, there are 50 of them, but they are all red. (32 pally, present) None r 30. Is it the place where the houses r? or am i just in the wrong place?

Yes that is right place. You can find lv30-40 lionweres in CV but the werelions are all around lv38.

Get a level 50 or so Druid to run through them pulling and put a damage shield on.. you will max faction in 10 minutes.
