You have to walk around a bit. Check your badges, maybe you got it and never noticed. If that doesn't work send in a ticket. But make sure you walk around a lot before you do. A lot of POI's don't give the badge right where the coordinates are. Some are pretty far away actually, but I never had a problem with Kenobi's house.

In your holocron (ctrl H) under report a bug there is an option to send in a ticket for a CSR to look at and hopefully fix your problem. I don't remember exactly where it is but I just looked in the manual and found it.

Press the customer service button in the Holocron window. This will bring up the in game knoweldge base. If you are unable to find the resolution to your issue, press the New Ticket button. This will allow you to write a message to a CSR (Customer Service Representative). This is also where you can see messages from the CSR and where you can give further information if requested.

They will also send you an ingame email telling you to check your ticket when they reply to it. It could take a while for them to get to it. You can only have one ticket open at a time. If you resolve your problem, don't forget to close your ticket.

You can also try typing /csr but I've never done it so I'm not exactly sure what it does. It might open a chat with the CSR but I'm not sure.

Sith Ive found the same thing actually, i set the way points, or use the ones in the POI database, and some arent even close. The one for the Corsec base, NOWHERE NEAR IT! Make it worse and show up with some Rebellion faction point and prepare to have the smack laid down on ya! :)
