Fighting & harvesting glitch?Follow

I don't know if this is happening for anyone else..

I'm a novice CH, and I use my pets in battle. About once per month or so, I notice that when I send my creature to attack something, the HP bar on both my pet and the target don't decrease at all. It's not until I select "attack" that the HP decreases and the target eventually dies and I get the XP points (and if I just let my pet keep attacking, the target usually disappears, as well as my pet, and I have to go and recall it). When I go to harvest the animal, that option doesn't appear at all.

Does anyone else have this problem or know how to stop it? I've ruled out inventory space.

Jsut move yourself and the pet back a few yards to fix that bug. Happens in cities/buildings but sometimes just rocks.
