ok this is really pyssing me off... i got an account at the official EQOA site but everytime i got to post something it tells me to log in again.. so i do and get the same crap over and over.. anyone know how to do it? lol

You gotta log in with your account from EQOA or something like that.

You have to use the same login name and password as you do for loging in to the game, you have to join the fansita, and when you get a confirmation email you need to do what it says.
