Im a 31 lvl human paladin, and im tryin to get factions w/ bad places. Right now im workin on Neriak fac, but all i can find are the tavern rats in Neriak, and they only give 1 fac point a time. Although i kill them in 1 hit, ive killed 700 and its taken 5 hours. Is there anywhere else that give more than +1 more fac w/ neriak?

I doubt it, pretty much everything that gives positive factin is only 1.
You're faction with neriak will stop going up at -1000, it's pointless.
lol i just found that out. Why is it that good races cant go to bad places, but bad races can get god fac w/ good places?

No evil factions can not get positive faction for good cities. all either can do is get faction for neutral cities, or neutral characters get faction for all cities.

Eastern Rogue would be the only 100% Nuetral class. Eastern mages and wizards and enchanters and maybe alcs are more towards the evil side and bard is the only good eastern human.
Erudites are all good excpect for Necs and sks , same for gnomes

Humans are neutral, so are gnomes and eru.
Then class becomes a second factor. Rogues are know are neutral and a human rogue can get all coaches with basic faction. For the most part evil classes have trouble going to good cities, and vice versus. ZK is different since if you are human you can go there even if you are a pally.

Actulay i heard A hum pal cant get ZK idk tho.
And Gm is diferent to. Its a good town but human sks and necs as well as gnome necs have good faction there and can get coach.

GM and fork are actually neutral, you can get faction for both cities to be allowed to use them as a coach even if evil.
Well i know delfs cant get Gm and IDk if Erus can but they probaly can.
if you need to know if a race is nuetral the easiest way to know is if there are good and evil classes available in that city i.e. if you see pallies and sks in the same starting city its prolly nuetral.

Dark Elves can get GM, you just gotta up faction a lil', and when it gets to approx. -95 (since faction is rewarded in units of 5 for GM) you can sign the ledger. On my Ench I have it to +/- 0 (and of course I'm in normal form, otherwise it'd be a waste).
Yes. Anyone can get to gm, you only have to faction on minos for a while.
Klick, FP, oasis, mtg, wynd, dm, hp, bw, and haz (pretty much- town for evil- evac site for good) are all neutral places
Well I hope you didn't go to minos with the sole intention of gaining faction. If you went as a grind and it came as a convenience towards you, alright. Seeing as encs can go anywhere 29+ (unless you're a delf) it's pretty much a waste to earn faction.

Go ahead and get your hopes up then, as I did get it just XPing. However, I had to get out of first WW form, so not all of it was a convenience.
Yeah minos are a great camp for xp, it is funny to go from extreme hatred for them to being blue faced in just one quest.
One of the, I beleive, 48 qsts have you defeat the mino leader, and put the rightful leader in charge. When you do it you get neutral faction, and I did it with a buddy and got blue faced. It was a nice quest to have invis since all the qst mobs are at the back end of the tunnel.
The paladins that can sign the ZK coach are human and erudite.
My erudite paladin killed Cliffton/Unkempt mobs/CLW mobs and turned in level appropriate H&G items to Corison in order to gradually (took many months) improve his ZK faction from the starting -1000 to highest possible cap of 0.
Still kinda funny that two paladins can gain favor with Zentar Reese, a shadowknight.
