I'm looking for a better carbine.

A guy offers to make me one for 500,000 credits with the following stats:

Capped out special attack - lowest amount the game will allow.
1024 damage
2.4 speed

I've never shopped around, so I don't know if I'm about to get ripped off. Is this an average deal, or he's he sticking it to me?

Hmmmm. Im not real sure but that is a good gun! Not sure if it is worth 500! I got about 3 that are 900+ I paid 20k each. Now my next question is What is the DPH on it? Is it over 300?
