Hi all, this is my first post so be gentel.
I have a ranger who gets a movement modifier on battle armor of about 70% if I go carbanear and get another 70% (total 140%) will this make me faster?? Or dose it only romove 140% of the armors penalties??

Unfortunately Not.
I've tried this same tactic myself, it appears to count the weapon equip'd, and only the armor restrictions for one class, the highest one. I still get weapons, speed restrictions for not being a master, if your a master of both proff, then the RANGER part should make you faster, in Theory and only count it, but i've never tried it.
I've tried like CM/CH, and BH/Commandos, & various other same combat armor certifications, to check the armor restrictions, it only works on the one you have the highest % in, if they same, then it's same. It hasn't been count'n both.
