Returning after nearly 2 years.Follow

I started at launch way back when and I think I'll try it again.

I've been reading and it seems that I will barely recognize the game. I finally made it to bounty hunter and gave up after the first Jedi appeared realizing I would never be able to play the 50 hours/week that the first person to activate a force sensitive slot did.

Anyay, I'm mulling over a return. I have a couple of questions:

1.Any chance that there is a free trial after 2 years - anyone hear of that?
2.I had composite armor and as I mentioned, achieved bouty hunter - I was minoring in other things too. Any advice?
3. I think I had cash and a big house and crap in it. Probably gone now.

**I just thought. My character is probably cooked. How should I start if I start over?

Hey they had a free trial a while ago but they stopped it, sry as for BH and comp armour your lucky BH give you the correct certification to wear your Comp armour, yes you need certifications for different armour, Comp is classed as "Assault" armour. Your house, yeah its long gone.

P.S. From what ive heard SOE have said they would delete inactiva accounts after 6months but it hasnt happened yet from what ive heard. :) I rekon your in luck m8

I had all three of my characters remain after a year-long break also. I was able to have a CSR check for me before I even subscribed again or bought a new game version and he told me they do not delete characters ever--the only time they're erased is when a server crashes and the data is lost because after 3-6 months they stop guarenteeing it won't be lost. I forget where I found that but check the official website for doing that if you're interested. It took about 5 minutes, I spoke to someone and he told me the names of my three characters that were still there and they were when I resubscribed sure enough.

i dont know about now, but under the old system you could equip guns that you couldn't use. You were just really bad with them, i suspect that is probably still the case.

But i maybe some one could check for you, if there is no other reply b4 i get back on line (at work) i will experiment with some weapons im not qualified for anymore and see what happens.
