I am doing the same with the CoH forum, they droped the only lvl 50 reward from doing 50% increase to 33% increase and seeing all the people that are upset. So many people are upset because the the loss of 17% in he hami's.

Yeah , just dont let it go to your head, it is a useful tool to help get some posts subdefault, but over all only worth rating the really good or bad ones, or those upset about karma.
So I cant rate people up or down? It gives me the option to and I have done it before. Does it only work with a rating of 3 or above? Just curious. Thought my rate ups were working. LOL.
You need to be scholar or higher, and not have abused the system and been caught for ratings to count
