I spent about a month trying to get bear on my 55 druid, eventually gave up. I also killed like 100 lionwere on my 40 warrior. So... congratz!

I got lion on my SK in 5 kills, wolf on my nec in about 4, and gator on my Ranger the first kill after I hit 1k faction

Well.. i remember this post. I have started hunting Lions again, and still have had crappy luck getting infected. Killed probably 20 the last couple times I was on and still no infection. Oh well. I guess I will keep trying.... sigh.
