swg help cant log onFollow

a am having trouble logging on my charactor itallion stallion on flury every time a try to log on a box appears saying a unusual file has happened are something like that . if a do get logged on soon as a am it happens the same and just goes to my windows xp screen. can any 1 help me please a have tryed full scanning.
