Alot of people ***** that were forms gimp you on coaches and make it harder. But i've found some benifits to were forms.
Feral were form
Gets you instant even if evil.
possitve faction with anu villiage
Possitive faction with forkwatch
positive faction with castle lightwolf(helps with 45 quest)
Possitive faction with cultist. (helps with 43 and 45 quest)
Im sure thre is more still looking

The one big thing I like about wereforms is the BITE.... Man I luv this spell! For a Shaman, this ability rockz!
AS for the coach issue, I've learn to live with that.
But still, take a 60 WAR/werewolf and a 60 SHA/werewolf, invis up, and have ready the spell to remove illusions. Now coach though and to coachs who hates wereforms. The Warrior gets thru okdokies!!!! ME, the SHA, I get attacked EVERY FRIKKING TIME! Never fails! Peeps keeps telling me to do this and do that to get past the coachs with little or no troubles. And I do what they tell me, but never works!
Lucky for me... with bite, ava, MCA, high HP, pre buffing, using me pet to take the crits, I can kill off most of these hunters now! Some aint so easy. SOme still kills me. I will admit... these hunters are dang fun to fight! They fight smart and hard.

BTW Dark there is also a 40 side qst in the cultist tunnels as well, even though most dont do it, believe it is thenon the wise.

actually i did the entire thenon quest without invis cept for one ghoul on the table near thenon they were all white faced.
I posted this so people know from now on they dont have to worry about dieing doing 43 and 45 quest in cultist cave.

personally yes even if you dont use form you still get the lv 40 abiity which in healers case can be a 120 cha buff or a power buff etc etc
