Anybody can, but if they do I will most likely lock it and have it nuked. It was a flash in the pan idea, and some people took my journal as *their* personal posting space when it was supposed to be mine.

The journal was created for OOT, but some residents decided it would be better to spam in, so I at first password protected it, then I shut it down for a while. I don't expect that it will get much traffic since the anti-spamming rules are still in effect.
