Ok can someone help me on this? I have recently made an Erudite necromancer, and for some reason the dockman wont even talk to me.....How do I fix this? or is the game expecting me to walk for 5 hours just to get to freeport?
its not a 5 hour run to fp. and u have to go to bogman vilage(north of wynd i think)to go to fp since necs have to go through east plateau
I too have a eru nec but the dockman WILL talk to me ...
I had another eru nec and ogre tell me they are having problems getting through to odus and BM ... anyone else?

I have had this problem as well. The way to Odus is not by the dockman on the docks. U need to talk to a man in the area where you started. In the room with the two skelly guards guarding the entrance underground. There is a waysender or Dockhand in small room in there. Sorry for the vaugness of this post, it's been awhile since I have used that toon. But I know for a fact that is where you go to get to odus/black market. Hope this helps you some.
Listen to whuda - the evil dockmaster is at your starting location i too cannot remeber his name but once you leave the underground temple you have gone too far. AS a matter of fact he is in the room between Morthalis and the exit.
you might be going to the wrong dockman, the one on the actual docks hates you! the dockmaster for necros is in their little staring cave, no where near a dock. i beleive he is in the same little room as the spiritmaster for starting out eur necro's.

You need to talk to the dock guy in the area where you get your quests. He is right outside the room Desh the Harvester is in. from there you go to odus and from odus to fp. The guy on the docks will not port you because you are evil.
