2 types of harvister power
#1 is wind which is the simplest to get since any artisan with enginering 2(or 3?) can get.
#2 is radiation that you get with any mineral harvister.
DANGER though if you try to sample radiation you WILL take huge amounts of wounds and likely be incapped after 1-2 samples
The thing to look at for energy is the potential energy stat. if the number is under 500 then you get a 1-1 ratio but over 500 you get a bonus of up to 200%.
so 100 of 50 energy will get you 100, while 100 of 1000 energy will get you 200 value.
