it procs around 130ish. i love em. plus i love my power spell. Since i didnt go to all the qst givers before, i got the nonspecialized spell,Power Vibe instead of Power Groove. Im over it since power vibe only gives but 25 PoT less then groove

Send in a help report you can get it fixed and have both spells
proc is 140, it decreases on mobs as you scale out of you damage range. for instance, at moots lvl 51 i proc'd 115ish. at lvl 54 i get the full 140. and yeah sing send in a ticket, they can fix that for ya.
Yes CG Singing..... I luv my rapiers too.... and yes, you didn't lose much in Power Vibe vs. Power Groove.
How ye like that final battle in your epic, you had to solo?
I could not solo it, I fianly had to wait till a wizard came along, who also could not solo it, to help me.
I still have the amulet, thinking i could use it to go back in and help others, but no.... it didn't work! :(

with ava and druids 51 resist ability it was like killing a grass snake
