is it just me, our do they treat us (eqoa'ers) like...Follow

it seems like no one takes eqoa as a serious mmorpg,i mean it seems to me that allakhazam.com prioritizes all the other games over this, making thier sites better. the station website for eqoa seems to be a way-to-long loading pos website made in a few days. they've came out with one expansion with no news of another. its like this game was only made to hold up their profits tills eq2 came out. allakhazam has had the "daily thought" for eqoa the same for quite awhile, and the bi-weekly pool i have never seen change. its just not right..

Hardcore gamers think EQoA is too much of a newbie MMORPG.

Game too simple?
To be perfectly honest, never played a MMORPG before EQO:A.

Most of that comes from the fact that number 1, it's not the most popular MMORPG, 2, it's an offshoot of of EQ, the Original MMORPG, 3, it's for the PS2, people have issues, self created I might add, about MMORPGers on the PS2. I mean FFXI is a huge game, and most gamers look down on them since PS2 means usually a lower age range of players. They think we're all fu[red][/red]cktards. Let's face it, if you look at the amount of posters Alla has, most of them are either EQ, or FFXI, because of that we get the short end of the stick.

Well i guess it's a good thing most serious gamers don't play the game. I don't like a group member that gets too pissed when something goes wrong.

Well, that would depend on how often it went wrong, and who's fault it was. Smiley: grin

then you have the fact that nmuk had his little wannabe raid in the assylum proving to them that eqoa is as bad as FFXI for fuc[b][/b]ktards

Yes, that certainly didn't help our case any. He also ran into the Asylum prompting all of them to come here, bash us, rate us down, and generally enforce the fact that they think we're all fu[red][/red]cktards.

But atleast it was so pathetic that they left us alone here, I would rather they just thought of us as fu[u][/u]cktards and left us alone then actually coming over all the time.

im 14, almost 15, i started playing when i was 13. if anything the fact that its more young people is good, i mean they're the funniest ones on the game. so its not just me, were treated as if we're a noobie mmorpg? cuz thats how i feel we are

Eh, cause you're the easy one to blame? But, most of what this thread is about, you have indeed stirred up alot of the sh[red][/red]it pertaining to it.

actually i have no idea what nmuk said, or that he even said anything at all and where. i started this post cuz it seems like it is. and felthius (mf) isn't a good gm, nor was dirina (gm b4 they assigned gm's to certain servers) or nylia (was dh, now hod). zhatia (clw) thought, he seems to be a good one, or one who loves his job. [i think that my data on the gms is current]

and on another note: I'd like to thank all you who have read and posted on this thread, thanks to you my forum is a blazin!THANKYOU!

With names like ***** Nipple runnin' around who would? Although Iv'e seen a lot worse.

To let you know, the cartoon like graphics and the average age of the game are the reasons why, it's pretty obvious.

Well I dont know as it matters much, but I played EQPC for 3 years or so, as well as DAOC. And I've decided I like EQOA more simply BECAUSE its not as serious, I think I'm retiring here to relax hehe.
